The gallery holds and impressive collection of works, especially Balchik paintings as a result of the creative workshops Contemporary painters in Balchik. Sales from this collection are used for funding the next workshops. In addition, as a result of the project Bucharest Souvenir, with its three editions – March Souvenir, Bucharest Days and Winter Souvenir, the art gallery exhibits artworks that capture the essence of Bucharest. Elite Art Gallery promotes solo and group shows, covering various techniques and subjects, displaying valuable artworks that are worth including in private collections.
ELITE ART GALLERY opens its gates to the public in Bucharest, on Academiei 15 Street in 2008. The gallery initiates a complex program for promoting contemporary artists through the shows organized in its own space as well as using other galleries and unconventional places.
ELITE ART GALLERY was the first Romanian art gallery to participate in the EUROP’ART Geneva International Art Fair in 2008.
Elite Art Gallery’s goals are to promote art and its specific values, in different forms and modes of expression: two-dimensional, three-dimensional, realist or abstract, conventional or unconventional through organizing at least 12 solo or group shows each year.
